We ship across Canada from Greater Montreal — flat $8, free over $45 — arriving in 3–6 business days (4–10 for BC, AB, SK, MB and remote areas); no international shipping yet. As personal hygiene products, opened or unwanted items can’t be returned, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing, email us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.

Instead of plastic, the backsheet and wrapper are made from a plant-based biopolymer, and the adhesive sits underneath the pad, away from your skin. 95% of each pad’s materials biodegrade within 90 days.

Alea’s organic period care is made with certified organic cotton and nothing you don’t need: no plastic, no synthetic fibres, no fragrance and no chlorine bleaching. The result is softer and more breathable for sensitive skin, and better for the planet, with recyclable paper tampon wrappers and compostable pad wrappers. Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship organic period care to almost anywhere in Canada from our warehouse in the Greater Montreal Area. Shipping is a flat $8 and free on orders of $45 or more. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days, or 4–10 business days for BC, AB, SK, MB and remote areas. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
What’s your return policy?
Because these are personal hygiene products, we can’t accept returns on opened or unwanted items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or goes missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with a short description and photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
