Our applicators are made from biodegradable cardboard with a smooth, rounded tip, ensuring ease and comfort during insertion.

1. Start by washing your hands before removing the tampon from its packaging.
2. Get in a comfortable position with your legs apart.
3. Position the applicator with the rounded end facing your vagina
4. Insert the rounded tip of the applicator into your vaginal opening until the outer tube is almost completely inserted.
5. Then gently push the inner tube until the tampon is completely released from the applicator.
6. Remove the applicator and dispose of it in the wastebasket.
7. Remember to use the lightest absorbency possible and change your tampon at least every 6-8 hours.

Warning: Tampons are associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious disease that may cause death. Use tampons for a max of 8 hours.
